Class Requirements
Clogging: Girls are required to take a tap class; boys are encouraged.
Wee Rockettes: Must take a weekly dance or gym class at our facility.
Pom: Requires a gymnastics class taken at our facility.
Future Pom: Must take a gymnastics or dance class at our facility.
Super Pom: Must take gymnastics/Pom at our facility.
Little Kickline: Must take jazz at our facility.
Jr./Sr. Kickline: Must take tap and be invited by Rita.
Pointe‐Ballet: Must have previously attended and currently attend Saturday Ballet class. A lyrical class is recommended. Appropriate age.
Clothing: All students are required to purchase and wear a practice outfit to class
Gymnastics: Gymnastics shoes must be worn to class to participate. Boys may wear tennis shoes if they are worn for gymnastics ONLY and are removed before leaving class. Because of sanitary reasons, no one will be allowed to participate without their gym shoes. If your child comes to class without gym shoes, they will be able to participate by observation only. R.D.D.S. has the correct gym shoes available that do not leave scuffs or marks on the
gym equipment. HOUSE SLIPPERS CANNOT BE WORN! To participate in our gymnastics show at the end of the year, all gymnasts MUST wear shoes purchased from R.D.D.S.

Parent‐Tot Gymnastics: Start at walking
Pre‐School Tap & Gymnastics: 3 years old and up
Pre‐School Ballet, Hip‐Hop & Jazz: 4 years old and up
Future Pom: 2 yrs ‐ Kindergarten
Toddler Ballet: 2 ‐ 4 years old
Wee Rockettes: 3 ‐ 5 (kindergarten)
Mini Hip/Hop: 2 yrs ‐ Kindergarten
Little Kickline: 1st grade ‐ 5th grade
Super Pom: Kindergarten ‐ high school
Clogging: First grade & up with approval by Rita
Jr./Sr. Kickline: 5th grade ‐ 12th grade (by invitation only)
Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip/Hop, Pom, Gymnastics, Hula, and Square: School aged when enrollment is sufficient
Pre‐School Square Dance: Available upon sufficient enrollment
Adult classes: Available upon sufficient enrollment

Saturday Classes Begin DECEMBER 7th, 2019
(January class will be JANUARY 11, 2020)
A ballet technique class is offered the first Saturday of each month for ALL dancers [MANDATORY for those dancers who are planning to attend competition.] This helps build strength and better knowledge of the technique needed to become a competent dancer.
SATURDAY CLASS FEES NEED TO BE PAID EACH SATURDAY!!
